- Reduces stress
Unwinds tensed up muscles to relax and unwind your mind.
- Improves mood
Releases endorphins which boost optimism. As well as removing the grumpiness associated with tense, knotty shoulders!
- Restores flexibility
Gets rid of tension to soften rigid muscles and improve the range of motion of your joints.
- Boosts the immune system
According to a recent experiment brought to you from the BBC massage significantly increased the amount of disease fighting white blood cells.
I booked a 90 minute massage with Devon because I had pain in the top of my back. This is the first session I had and it was brilliant. Since the massage I have had no pain whilst out running. She then followed up with a lengthy email on tips and exercises to help me. The room Devon does the treatment in is really lovely, the massage table is heated and it all just feels really relaxing. Would definitely book back in for further treatment!Lauren Iredale, Recruitment Consultant
